The inaugural Adcock Ingram Healthcare Summit was launched in Johannesburg in 2009 with over 350 delegates in attendance.  This event, a first of its kind, was hosted at Emperors Palace and General Practitioners from around the country were invited to share in recent research and development outcomes from leading specialists in a variety of disciplines.

The need to create a summit for GP’s was identified by Adcock Ingram in order to provide these important partners with the opportunity to embrace shared knowledge and network with their peers. The responsibility of creating this forum efficiently was handed to Meta4.

The second Healthcare Summit was held in February 2010, and Emperors Palace was once again the venue of choice. Meta4 thrive on being able to raise the bar and this is exactly what was required after an excellent response in 2009 and many of the delegates electing to return and participate in this memorable weekend. 

As Meta4’s involvement is on all levels it was energising to enhance this event working with designers and stand builders to ensure every last detail was in place. With new speakers and equally fascinating topics together with an innovative exhibition spanning more than 1000m², the delegates enjoyed a weekend filled with unique learning sessions.
