META4 IN ACTION

Kievits Kroon, Kameeldrift East, The Meta4 Marketing team came together to participate in their first company conference held at Kievits Kroon Country Estate from 14-16 January.

The conference's aim was to encourage the development of new perspectives and new planning methods and was entitled "Meta4 in Action". Directors Vanessa Falconer and Claire Grundy presented the history and background; the corporate situation; marketing values and most crucially, the objectives of Meta4 Marketing in 2008. This provided an opportunity for an open discussion for the team to exchange ideas and develop a strategy that will help them achieve personal and professional goals for the coming year.

Henry Koetzee from Team Congruence facilitated a team-building session and the group had the opportunity to familiarise themselves with each other in a more social environment.Through a drumming session, the team learned to follow the tune and work in harmony. The evenings provided joviality as the team participated in games and the conference culminated in a themed dinner.

Meta4 Marketing’s team departed agreeing that they had received abundant motivation and insight into the company and team. Watch out for us this year, we are “Meta4 in Action”.
